For installation, you must have the following libraries :
ΟpensceneryX, CDB-Library, World-Models, Flags of the World, RE_Library, MisterX_Library, RU Library, The Handy objects Library

X-World Europe an the ortho4xp tile is highly recommended Orthophotos NOT included.

Why? I had library scenery add installed and scenery.ini compiled with xorganizer 3.1...also Kefalinia as the same issue too in my xp12
