After 7 months, 40 + nights past 1 am, 2 developers, a ton of WED work, and many memorable moments, we want to welcome you to Chicago's crazy and very well known, Chicago Midway airport. Featuring 5 runways packed into a small box, and thrown in the middle of one of the busiest cities in America, this is one heck of an airport to fly into. The airport, which we made as accurate as possible, is about as frame friendly as it gets. Your PC will treat it like a default airport performance wise, and it will look incredible visual wise. One last note before we move on, and you might just want to right this one down. If it isn't looking right coming down, you can always go around. Thanks again everyone for the amazing support, and we hope you enjoy.

 

Installation:

Step 1: Install the required libraries and plugins which are all linked down below.

Step 2: Download this file and drag it into X-Plane 12/Custom Scenery.

Step 3: Load into Midway and enjoy.

 

Notes:

- Custom cut orthos.

This aiport is not fully compatible with XP12, and may not be for a short period of time. Reguardless, the airport is working and has been tested in the sim.

Excellent work, this exceeds many payware airports. The airport is unusable during snow. Does this airport use XP12 native runways or custom? Snow is just accumulating and not cleaning up on the runway. I added a picture in the User Gallery section.
